So far I have found the staff to be extremely helpful, polite and very professional, I am happy knowing that they will look after my property, thanks guys xx UPDATE!!!! 30/08/18 still stand by this regarding sales and letting staff, however SOME of the property management team are patronising and a little disrespectful! I also found even though you pay them monthly to make your life easier they actually side more with the tenants!!!! GOOD LUCK!!
