Booked for NYE and you cannot go wrong with a premier Inn.. from staff on arrival to being greeted for breakfast and then checkin out was absolutely perfect for us.. Happy New Year we will be back

Stayed here for several years for work and it is what is says it is. That have added new room which are nice and also expanded the restaurant and car park. Good addition the extended restaurant, as before this I had several time where I had an hour wait for a table if not booked. The food has massively improved the two meals had here lately were really tasty with great service and very attentive. Good job at turning this hotel around!
This hotel is lovely. The rooms are clean, the staff members are great, and the atmosphere is peaceful. There's a USB outlet built in by my bed. As an American who is visiting, it's useful because my chargers don't fit the outlets here. Irons and ironing boards were available upon request, which was handy because I needed to iron a nice shirt for a wedding. The location is somewhat close to the ruins of a beautiful castle in Rochester. You can actually climb to the top and see the river. The cathedral next door is magnificent. Go visit if you have never been! I rated 4 stars instead of 5 because my dad's door would not lock properly unless you fiddled with it. Mine locks just fine, though. I hope it'll get fixed for the next person.
Clean rooms, great location. Friendly staff good breakfast. Ticks all the boxes. Lots of parking, cinema, bowling alley, pubs and restaurant near by. Staff are friendly and helpful. Train line her a by which at first seemed noisy but forgot about after a while. Tea making facilities in the room. Good shower/bath. Good nearvthe herd of elephants above us, but that was just unlucky on our part.
