Just wanted to say how impressed I am with the quality of the bridesmaid dresses I received (in the sale too, so fabulous value), and the excellent customer service I received from Charlie when I wanted to order more sizes of these lovely bridesmaid dresses. They are in short supply as they are in the sale but he went the extra mile to track down the sizes I needed and to ensure these dresses were sent out to me quickly. Many thanks :-)
Called 5 times, emailed twice with no response.
Emailed twice with regards to a wedding dress that I purchased, absolute no response for nearly a week. Not great at all.
